Scott and I were reading scriptures together last night and I summed up what we had read by saying:
Jesus wants us to help other people!
Then we had this conversation:
Me: Do you help other people?
Scott: ahuh
Me: What do you do to help other people?
Scott: I act good
Me: Yes, what else do you do to help other people?
Scott: I clean the toilet with the brush for Mom!
Me: (surprised at his fitting answer) Yes, you do help mom with cleaning the toilet.
Lately whenever I go to clean the bathroom he wants to be right there to help with the toilet. I even have a recent picture of him cleaning his toilet. I guess his whole fascination with bathroom items has a bright side.
