Last Saturday was Todd’s 34th Birthday
So I’ll tell you what we all did that day
Todd got up early to run like he does usually
But without poor Newman who just had Surgery
I happily got to run four miles I have to say
When I was done I was able to shout hooray!
We then headed to the soccer fields to watch Keith play
When we saw him score it truly made our day
Then Todd took us all out on the fairway
to play the game that he always plays
Scotties favorite thing to do was to scream and to run away
And Keith made his 1st birdie on the green that day
That night we got a sitter so we could go out and get a plate
And came home soon after to share some Birthday cake
Thanks for reading my poem I made up with some urgency
Although probably wouldn’t be any better if I stewed all day
