A tragedy happened in the life of Amber Lewis in the Spring of 2006. Alias went off the air. Ever since then I have been on a big time hunt for a show that would live up to the intense, fun, captivating show that was gone forever.
Side note: 24 is also an all time favorite of mine and I have been a huge fan since season 1.
Because of this search, I have watched more TV than EVER (not something I am very proud of ) I have started and stopped many shows. One thing I realized is how easily I could get caught up in a show that was not that great and over a entire season end up wasting a lot of time!

Hey, I totally want to have an Office party when it comes back in April. I am out scouting for real dedicated watchers... True Jim and Pam fans and and people who crack up at how much Michael hates Toby. I can't wait.
I totally miss Alias too!! I loved that show! I watch Lost also, but basically because I got sucked in and now just want to see how it ends.... :)
I watched Alias in re-runs, it was a great show. We watch Lost, and I go back and forth on whether I like it or not. I though last season was really crappy, but this season has been really good.
We also love American Idol and The Office. We never got into 24 (pre Tivo days, and we already were watching something at that time)
We don't have time for anymore show. We can't even keep up with what we already have Tivoed. Nick is a reality show junky. If I hear about a new season of some show starting, I purposely avoid it. If we watch the first episode, we have to watch the whole season!
I'm with you Amber, I was a Alias fan also! So sad when it ended. Haven't the time for too much TV now a days, so I have not found a new love! A good thing I guess!
I've watched the first two episodes of New Amsterdam. So far I like it well enough... but I'm not sure it's up to Alias' standards. That one is going to be hard to replace, as you already know.
Can't wait until this weekend because we can use the whole 8 miles to talk t.v. if we want. And I DEFINITELY have at least that much to say about t.v.!
Oh I LOVE Lost! What a great show! I am also an American Idol junkie, and I can't wait for Dancing with the Stars to start up again.
Hey...how are you? I saw your link site from Meggin's blog! You guys all look so great and your boys are so cute! Never apologize for watching too much TV (lol) - it is my only way to wind down at night. Plus Scott and I can't get enough of THE OFFICE. I looooove it!
