Newman is the King of the Lewis Backyard...
Newman has killed five jack rabbits since we have lived here. Last Friday he had his first battle wound. The pad on his His left paw was peeled off leaving his raw skin exposed. Keith and Todd were over the top worried about "poor Newman" that morning before they went to work and school. So somehow I the one who is allergic took him to the Veterinarian Hospital the place crawling with stinky dirty dogs. That is officially the first and last time I will ever spend time at the Vet- it wasn't pleasant for me in fact it was very disturbing. (perhaps I have issues) It wasn't until the next day when Todd found the dead rabbit in our backyard that we realized how he got hurt.
Poor Mr. rabbit- just don't come in our yard and you will be just fine!

so... who do we feel sorry for here? there are so many of you - the RABBIT, who clearly had an off day or a dying day - YOU who had to be swarmed with allergies, or NEWMAN who surely must have pain ?! maybe you and todd because you had to pay the bill?
