As much as I would like to go on and on about how disappointed I was at the producers, judges, and news programs who brainwashed everyone including Kris into thinking Adam deserved the AI title, I will spare you.
What I want to say is how astounded I am at the road this show has taken. Back in the day I enjoyed watching this clever reality show but I would never be caught dead at a concert or purchasing a CD. In just a few short years It went from just another TV show to a huge success. I think the best proof of that is how AI season is now filled superstars as guests. The season eight finale was filled with performances with icons such as Keith Urban, Jason Mraz, Steve Martin, Black Eyed Peas, Furgie, Kiss,... (well, you get the picture)
It has been a fun journey and now I can openly admit to everyone that a large percent of the tracks on my ipod are filled with former idols such as- Clarkson, Daughtry, Underwood, Sparks, Cook, Archuleta and (recently added) Allen.
On the subject of Kris Allen- Stay a while and listen. If you are not already a fan you might be one soon.

I was so HAPPY that KA won, and totally agree that the show was trying to make Adam the winner. Apparently the brain washing backfired!
I have always been a fan of Chris Allen....HA! Kris Allen from AI is pretty good too I guess!
